The Website is operated by Nrtr Nutrition, Inc. ("Nrtr Nutrition", "We", "Us", or "Our"). This is a legally binding agreement between Us and You, the visitor to the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification, including our Privacy Policy.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

The products and services available via the Website are only for your personal use. You may not sell or resell any products, services or samples you buy or receive from us. Nrtr Nutrition reserves the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order with or without notice.
Listing, advertising, or selling any Nrtr Nutrition product on Amazon.com or on any other third-party marketplace (including but not limited to eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate order cancellation, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
All sales are final. If a shipment is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package.
We do not ship outside the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). All shipments to Oregon may be subject to certain limitations imposed by law.
While describing our products, we try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of information. Nrtr Nutrition reserves the right to suspend, terminate or modify access to the Website; change or modify the Website or products; or interrupt functions for maintenance or other changes — all without prior notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NRTR NUTRITION AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE.
For any dispute with Nrtr Nutrition, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved after 60 days, we each agree to resolve any claim by binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in Wilmington, Delaware, under the commercial rules then in effect.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
The laws of the State of Nevada govern these Terms and Conditions. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts located in or serving Clark County, NV or a federal court of competent jurisdiction in the District of Nevada.
